Services

Limitless Shinez offers professional car detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and maintenance plans. Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
• If we are unable to carry out the job due to lack of access, unsafe working conditions, or if the booking is cancelled on the same day, the full amount will be charged.

Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options including bank transfers.
• A deposit may be required for high-end services such as Ceramic Coating or Machine Polishing Packages.

Service Guarantee

We aim for perfection and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Vehicle Condition

• Limitless Shinez is not liable for pre-existing damage.
• If the vehicle interior is heavily soiled (e.g. excessive mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood), additional charges will apply.
• We advise customers to contact us with photos of the vehicle beforehand if it contains any of the above, to ensure an accurate estimate is provided.
• We are not responsible for any valuables left inside the vehicle.

Personal Belongings

A) Upon arrival, it is your responsibility to ensure that your car is empty of all personal belongings that you wish to keep. We recommend removing all valuable items, documents, and personal effects from the vehicle before handing it over for service.

B) The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the removal and safekeeping of personal belongings.

Weather Policy

If weather conditions prevent us from safely or effectively completing a service, we will reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

Website Use

• You may not use this website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• All content on this site (including logos, text, and images) is the property of Limitless Shinez and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Privacy

All personal information collected through our website or during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Limitless Shinez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or website.
